David Rapoport Begins Second Year as National Board of Trial Advocacy President

The National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA) Board of Directors met in Baltimore, Maryland, last week. The meeting marks the beginning of Mr. Rapoport’s second year as the President of the National Board of Trial Advocacy Board of Directors. The NBTA is the oldest American Bar Association (ABA) accredited attorney board certifying agency in the world. The board is comprised of nationally known trial lawyers, educators and judges dedicated to bettering the quality of trial advocacy in our nation’s courtrooms and helping consumers find experienced and highly qualified trial lawyers.
NBTA offers board certification in Civil and Criminal Trial Advocacy, Family Trial Advocacy, Social Security Trial Advocacy and Civil Pretrial Practice. Attorneys who earn board certification must meet and maintain rigorous objective quality standards, including extensive experience in their specialty area and passing a written exam.
