Illinois Nursing Home Neglect Case Featured in Jacksonville Journal Courier

An article including an interview with Rapoport Law Offices, P.C., attorney Paul D. Richter was featured in the Jacksonville Journal Courier on June 10, 2006. Mr. Richter is one of the attorneys representing the family of a sixty year old woman who died while residing in an Illinois nursing home. The lawsuit claims alleged failures by the nursing home resulted in the woman's death from dehydration. An investigation by the Illinois Department of Public Health arising out of the death, uncovered many violations at the nursing home. Mr. Richter noted that the "lawsuit aims to bring the nursing home to justice.
