David E. Rapoport to Lecture at 2008 Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education Seminar

Attorney David E. Rapoport, founding partner of Rapoport Law Offices, P.C., a Chicago based law firm which represents clients in serious personal injury and wrongful death lawsuits, is among the faculty for the 2008 Illinois Institute for Continuing Legal Education seminar entitled "Wrongful Death and Survival Actions in Illinois". The conference will be held in Chicago on February 7, 2008 and in Springfield, Illinois on February 29, 2008. Mr. Rapoport will be leading a one hour session entitled "Trial and Evidentiary Considerations in Wrongful Death Actions". His presentation will focus on how to prepare for conferences before jury selection; voir dire; opening statements; presentation of the evidence; summation; deliberations, return of verdict and entry of judgment; post trial motions.
