Michael L. Teich

Michael L. Teich is a member of Rapoport Law Offices, P.C.  A full time trial lawyer since 1995, Mr. Teich's practice is limited to personal injury and wrongful death cases representing victims and their families.  He has obtained millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients.

Mr. Teich excels at communicating with juries and has an outstanding trial record.  He is guided by the principle that trials are won by thorough preparation and complete command of the evidence, and he handles each case with the same careful attention to detail.

Mr. Teich has also achieved success in the appellate courts.  His most recent victory came in 2008 in a difficult construction negligence case when the Illinois Appellate Court agreed that the general contractor could be held responsible for injuries suffered by a subcontractor's employee.

Contributing to his success as a trial lawyer is his broad background.  Before becoming a lawyer Mr. Teich worked in a variety of fields, including construction, maintenance, managing a small business and driving a cab.  These experiences provided a useful knowledge base and taught him invaluable lessons which complement his skills in the courtroom.

Mr. Teich is dedicated to continuing to work for justice for innocent victims of negligence and corporate wrongdoing.  He knows that each of his clients is seeking help during what is probably the most difficult time of the client's life, and he strives to help each client in ways that go beyond the monetary results.
