Joshua L. Weisberg is a trial lawyer whose practice is dedicated exclusively to representing victims and their families in personal injury and wrongful death cases including lawsuits arising from aviation negligence and airplane crashes, semi truck and motor vehicle negligence accidents, medical malpractice, work injury and construction accidents and product liability.

Mr. Weisberg has played a vital role on Rapoport Law Office trial teams obtaining three record jury verdicts. In his first trial as lead trial attorney in 2006, Mr. Weisberg obtained a $540,000 jury verdict for two people with personal injuries arising from an automobile collision in Shelbyville, Illinois, setting a record as the largest verdict ever reported in Shelby County for the types of personal injuries incurred. More recently, Mr. Weisberg has played a key role on Rapoport Law Office trial teams obtaining a $2.25 million judgment in favor of the estate of a 76 year old man killed in an auto collision, a $2 million jury verdict in a wrongful death case arising out of a personal watercraft accident in Rockford, Illinois, and a $1.942 million jury verdict in a personal injury case against a semi truck operator in Adams County, Wisconsin.

Mr. Weisberg has also successfully negotiated millions of dollars in settlements on behalf of clients of Rapoport Law Offices, including a $1,000,000 settlement for a worker seriously injured after falling from a second story roof while working on a construction project in Mount Prospect, Illinois. Mr. Weisberg has made important contributions in many of the firm's high profile cases, including the wrongful death case of a man killed in a regional jet crash in Lexington, Kentucky in 2006, a case involving a semi-tractor-trailer collision on the Indiana Toll Road resulting in five deaths in 2006, the wrongful death case of the co-pilot of American Airlines Flight 587 that crashed at Belle Harbor, New York in 2001, and the wrongful death case of a man killed in an air taxi crash near Beaver Island, Michigan in 2001. As an integral member of the Rapoport Law Offices' legal team, Mr. Weisberg continually strives to provide the highest quality of legal service for people with personal injury and wrongful death claims.

Joshua L. Weisberg graduated from the University Of Illinois College Of Law, Magna Cum Laude. Prior to graduating, the College of Law awarded Mr. Weisberg the prestigious Rickert Award for Excellence in Oral Advocacy. He was also named "Best Overall" in the College of Law's Frederick Green Moot Court Competition, and he was a regional champion and national finalist in the National Moot Court Competition.
