Lawsuit Filed in Piper PA-32R-301T Airplane Crash Case

(July 5, 2006) Rapoport Law Offices, P.C. is representing the family of a Bloomington, Illinois woman who died, along with four other people, when the airplane they were in impacted terrain while on approach to the Wheeling Ohio County Airport near Wheeling, West Virginia. The lawsuit, which was filed in Cook County, Illinois, alleges that the crash occurred because of instrumentation failures and failures in properly maintaining the instruments.
