Wisconsin Truck Accident Victim Retains Rapoport Law Offices, P.C
August 7, 2006 - A truck crash in Portage, Wisconsin on Interstate 39 left one man in critical condition. Rapoport Law Offices, P.C, has been retained to represent the victim. The collision occurred after a semi truck stopped at an overpass and a spotter went out onto the highway to see if there was enough clearance for the semi tractor-trailer to fit under. The ensuing crash caused the front of a minivan to burst into flames trapping our client inside. After the fire was extinguished, the victim was extricated by EMS using the Jaws of Life and transferred to a local hospital and subsequently, via medical helicopter, to the University of Wisconsin Hospital. The Wisconsin State Patrol ticketed the truck driver for impeding traffic.
