Nursing Home Neglect Results in Death: Lawsuit Filed

June 8, 2006 - Lawyers have filed a lawsuit on behalf of the next of kin of a woman who died from dehydration while residing in an extended care facility. The lawsuit alleges that the nursing home facility in which the woman lived was negligent and did not provide adequate medical care and services, resulting in serious injuries which led to severe dehydration and death.
