$1.45 Million Wrongful Death Settlement Reached: Patient's Chart Was "Lost" By Hospital

Instead of dying from dead bowel as her physicians claimed, the records we were able to dredge up show this patient died from a preventable pulmonary embolism, which exhibited signs and symptoms of its presence in the days before her death. The disappearance of the records was very suspicious."
