Lawsuit Filed on behalf of Pedestrian Hit by Truck in Chicago

July 31, 2006 - A pedestrian was traveling west on the sidewalk on Ohio Street in downtown Chicago when the driver of a Chevrolet C1500 drove his vehicle out of an alley and onto the sidewalk, striking him.
